A. If you are about to start working at Bupa this can be found on the registration email that you should have already received.
Q. I am seeing the message 'Your employee number or last name could not be verified', what should I do?
A. Ensure your employee number is entered correctly, with no spaces and is the same as what is on the registration email. If you still see this message, please contact bupaonboarding@bupa.com.

A. Try once again, ensuring you only select the images that contain what is being asked.

A. Try typing it somewhere else first, e.g. in notes, so you can see that it meets all the password requirements.

Q. When I try to create my password, I get this message "The password contains a word that is not allowed. Try another password" what should I do?
A. If this message appears, it is because you have used a word that is not allowed for security reasons.
Your password must be a minimum 8 characters in length.
Your password should be unique and not the same one you use for any other systems.
Your password must contain at least 3 of the following character types:
Lower case letter (a-z)
Uppercase letter (A-Z)
Number
Special character @ # $ % ^ & * - _ ! + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , . ? / ` ~ “ ( )
Your password must not contain:
Your name
Bupa, Sanitas or any company specific words
Number group or sequence such as 1234, 1111 etc.
Days or months
Anything obvious like password, p@ssword etc.
Enter a new password and try again.

Q. What do I enter to log into Workvivo?
A. On the Workvivo log in screen, where it says "Enter your email address...", you need to enter the Bupa username that was emailed to you, for example joe.anyname@bupa.org. Then enter your password, and you will be logged into Workvivo.
